James F Chmiel
A native of Buffalo. Dr Chmiel trained in Cleveland, Ohio at Case Western University, Metro Health Trauma Hospital and Rainbow Babies and Childrens Hospital. His practice is concentrated in the Northtowns area.
A native of Buffalo. Dr Cipolla trained at Ohio State University. He returned to Buffalo and is now active in training of the resident doctors as Assistant Program Director. He brings a wealth of talent in many areas of Otolaryngology. His practice is concentrated in the Southtowns.
A native of Buffalo. Dr. Paolini trained at the University of Buffalo. He is a leader in the community and active in the local and State Medical Society and is former president of the Erie County branch. His practice is concentrated in the Northtowns.
A native of South Carolina. Dr Stachiw trained at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is a scientist physician that started her training as an environmental chemist. She brings expertise is a wide range of Otolaryngological conditions and plays a leadership role in our Southtown’s division. Her practice is concentrated in the Southtowns.
Gregg L Zimmer
A native of Buffalo. Dr Zimmer trained at The State University of NY at Syracuse and finished fellowship training in facial plastic surgery with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His practice is concentrated in the Northtowns.
Meet Our PA-Cs
Practicing in the field of otolaryngology since 1998. She is Magna Cum Laude graduate of Daemen College Physician Assistant Program and has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Canisius College. Heather serves as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at D’Youville College and joined WNY Ear, Nose and Throat in 2005.
Avriel Kopp, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Studies and Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants and The Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery.
She was born and raised in the Western New York area and began practicing as a physician assistant in the area after graduating in 1994 from Gannon University’s physician assistant program. She has practiced family medicine and internal medicine for the past 22 years and recently joined the ENT practice.
Practicing as a physician assistant since 2010. She is a graduate of Daemen College Physician Assistant Program. She is an active member of WNYPAA. She has practiced in the field of family practice and internal medicine for 4 years in Salamanca, NY.
