A native of Buffalo. Dr Cipolla trained at Ohio State University. He returned to Buffalo and is now active in training of the resident doctors as Assistant Program Director. He brings a wealth of talent in many areas of Otolaryngology. His practice is concentrated in the Southtowns.

She is Magna Cum Laude graduate of Daemen College Physician Assistant Program and has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Canisius College. Heather serves as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at D’Youville College and joined WNY Ear, Nose and Throat in 2005.

Avriel Kopp, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Studies and Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants and The Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery.
